Shipping

We carefully prepare and package each order by hand. Whether you are purchasing an item available through our website, or custom ordering our designs, there are different processing and wait times.

Domestic Shipping:
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
We offer free shipping for purchases over $100. Standard FedEx rates apply for purchases
under $100. Expedited shipping and Overnight shipping upon request. Extra charges will apply.

International Shipping:
International shipping is available to most countries. Exact charges will be calculated via FedEx.
We do not add a surcharge for international shipping and the duty will be prepaid.

Local Pick-up:
If you are located within the Charleston metropolitan area, and you would like to pick up your
order, please email us at ananyabyrose@gmail.com to make arrangements.

Returns:
We understand sometimes a return in necessary. You may request a return shipping label from
us and we will deduct the cost from your refund or you can return at your own choice and
expense.

Custom Orders:
Custom orders or sizes are available and can usually be completed and shipped from India
within 14 days to your home or business. A shipping charge of $20 will be added to your bill.
Custom orders are non-refundable.
